Join Dr Louise Moon, Technical Lead – Heritage, Legacy & Sustainable Impact at Transport for Wales, for an insightful gallery talk exploring the past, present and future of Welsh railway heritage.

Taking a fresh look at Wales’ rich railway history, Louise will explore the stories our railways carry, how this important heritage is cared for today, and how Transport for Wales is working to preserve and share it for future generations. Drawing on current heritage projects and research, including the Railway Work, Life & Death project, the talk will highlight the experiences of the people who built, worked on and depended upon the Welsh railway network.

Held in celebration of our temporary Transport of North Wales exhibition, this fascinating talk offers a unique opportunity to hear from one of the leading voices in Welsh railway heritage.
