Write Away Stress with Dr DeAnn Bell

Stress is a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances, but what those circumstances are, and how to get around the roadblocks that keep us from relaxation, can be challenging to define. This 6-week free workshop is designed to help identify individual circumstances that keep us from relaxing. It encourages mindfulness, emotional awareness, self-care, and gives participants tools to build a positive self-care routine through writing. For young people 18 to 25 years old or family members.

This class runs every Tuesday for 6 weeks on Zoom at 2 pm from February 1st to March 8th,2022. It is limited to 12 people per group. Information including worksheets will be emailed to individuals.
This class runs on location at Llandudno Museum every Saturday from February 5th to Marth 12th,2022. It is limited to 12 people per group. Information including worksheets will be handed out during sessions. Visitors are welcome to bring in a reusable water bottle.
