Alice in Wonderland Trail
First off, a big thank you to our wonderful volunteers who are working hard to get our artifacts unpacked and our Biodiversity Garden growing.

Our Placement Students from Coleg Llandrillo, Bangor University, Cardiff University, and Oxford University are busily researching and creating activities for us to enjoy that include a “What Period in Llandudno History Do You Belong In” game, a Women’s History Walk, and some fascinating research done in Medieval Welsh and Latin about how the destruction of Deganwy Castle affected the people who lived there.

Llandudno Museum’s DeAnn will be interviewing with Derek Brockway of BBC One’s Weatherman Walking about Alice in Wonderland’s connections to Llandudno next week.

After our first successful talk with Professor Nathan Abrams about Llandduno’s Jewish History, we will be hosting our second Zoom talk, Tiptoeing Cautiously….Into the Dark on October 30th at 6:30pm. You can contact for details. Talk details will be sent out live on the day of the event.

Following that, we will be hosting a Remembrance Day talk in November. In December we will bring you a digital Church Walk with Graham Morgan and then a Christmas story hour re-imagining Dylan Thomas’s A Child’s Christmas in Wales by author Aaron Farrell. We will post a full schedule of digital events soon.
Thank you for supporting us during this challenging time and please let us know in the comments what you’d like to see from us in the future.
